To the Worshipful His Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the County of-
Middlesex in their general Quarter
Session of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and appeale of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Mary White Chapel
in the said County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a pass Warrant or Order under
the Hands and Seals of William Blackmore< no role > Esqr. and Parker.
Rowlands
< no role > Clerk two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
said County (one Where of being of the Quorum) bearing date the-
Seventh day of June last Elizabeth Chard< no role > the wife of John Chard< no role >
who has lately run away and left her and her four Children Viz
Samuel Harris< no role > Aged ten Years Thomas Harris< no role > Aged seven Years
Jabez Harris< no role > Aged five Years and Ebenezer Harris< no role > Aged two Years
and upwards where removed and Conveyed from and out of the
Parish of Saint George in the said County to the said Parish of
saint Mary White Chapel as the place of the last legal Settlement
after the said Elizabeth Chard and her four Children whereby
Your Petitioners Conceive themselves to be Aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore Humbly Appeale to
this Court against the Adjudication and Order.
of the said true Justices and pray your Worships
will appoint a Day in this Present Session for the
hearing and Determining the said Appeale

And your Petitioners shall pray Etc
