Pistol (as he took it to be) from the Tap Room
And they were from the Window towards Cock Lane
That the Sash was Lifted a little way up And Informant
thinks it must have been a Pistol from the Report
And Saith he Apprehends they had not a Gun in the house
That he saw a Man in the middle of the Tap Room
near the Fire Place who put his Handkerchief up to his
Mouth but Whether it was the Deceased Briggs or not
Informant cannot SayThat Informant was
sometimes in the Street and sometimes in the House
But was in the Street near the Window when the Firings
were from the Tap Room That there was a good
deal of Firing within Doors but who it was that
Fired Informant cannot tell
