he was standing about Ten Yards off the Soldiers
last Saturday Evening when the Soldiers were Firing
into Mr. Rawlings's HouseThat he saw them
Fire sevl. times in below [..] And he heard
somebody [..] tell them not to Fire any more below
But who it was told them so Informant cannot tell
And Saith they fired in three times below after they
were so told not to do itAnd after this
Informant saw them Fire Once up Stairs and then
Informant went away and left the Soldiers at the
House

Saturday Evening when he Came to the Corner of Turville
Street he heard some FiringThat he stop'd there
which he thinks was about Ten Yards from the [..]
[..] SoldiersSaith he saw Six or Seven
Pieces Discharged from the One Pair of Stairs
Room at Rawlings's before he saw One Fired by the
SoldiersThat the Soldiers Fired many times
from the Street That after the Firing was a little Ceased Informant
heard somebody (But who he Knows not) Say
Fire no more And after that there were three or
four Pieces Discharged in the Lower Room
And after that some body said "Take that Mans
Name down who Fired last"
