in the Said County Cordwainer taken
on Oath before me this 296th day
March 1708

Who Sayth that on this present day the Saw one
Richard Yeoman< no role > 's who cel's himselfe soe att the Shop
doar of John Crutcher< no role > goldsmith of the Said Parish
and he the Said Yeoman's veiwing the glass Case
Soon after this Informant See the Said Yeoman's
putt his hand in the Said glass. Case upon which
this Informant went to the Crutcher's Shopp to
Acquaint him and the glass Case was broke and
out of thence the said Crutcher told this Informant
there was Ring's Stolen upon which this Informant
persue'd him the Said Yeoman's and looke him
and Soon after uponhimExamining the Said Yeoman's
Confest he Stole Some Ring's And had Sud them
in a Vault and this Informant found five gold
Ring's in the Said Vault
