of the Parish of St Botolphs
in the Said County taken on Oath
before me this 27th March 1708

Who Sayth that on this presant day he had fel Stolen
fromfive gold Ring's from out of his glass Case and
the Said five gold Ring's Soon after was
found in a Vault And haveing Informacon
that oneCadsYeomans was Lurkeing about his
Shop and persveing the Said Yeoman 's he
the said Yeoman's Confest he Stole them
from out of the glass Case belonging to his
Shop and Confest he had dropt them in a
Vault where May ware found as abovesaid
