now next Ensueing (if he shall soe long time well behave himselfe in his said
Office) who is hereby ordered to pay such monys as he shall Collect & receive as
aforesaid weekly to the said Trearer & that the said Edward Lawrence< no role > be
allowed for his paines Care & trouble in the Execucon of his said Office for this
present year the sume of Twenty pounds by quarterly payments out of the
monys ariseing by the said Duties and profitts.

And upon reading the report of Francis Negus< no role > Ralph Bucknall< no role > & Thomas
Railton
< no role > Esqrs . three of her Maties. Justices of the peace of this County to whom
amougst others itt was recommended & referred by this Court to examine &
audite the accounts of the Said Mr. Tully as Trearer of the Toll & Duties
ariseing by the Hay & straw brought to & sold in the Said Hay markett for
the year last past & to report the Same this present day itt appears that the
said Referrees above named have examined & audited the accompt of the
said Mr. Tully for the year last past & find the state of his said accompt as
followeth (vizt).

1707. to the tenth of Aprill 1708. One hundred &
four pounds five Shillings & one penny}

Disbursed & paid by the Said Mr. Tully as appears
by the Particulars of his accompts for the year last
past One hundred & two pounds tenn Shillings}

Soe that there remains due from the said Mr. Tully
to ballance his said accompt one pound fifteene
shillings & one Penny}

All which the said Referrees submitted to the Judgment of this Court &
upon Examinacon had of the same Itt is thought fitt & ordered by this Court
that the said Report be Confirmed & the same is hereby ratified & confirmed
accordingly Dated under our hands this fifteenth day of Aprill 1708. And
in the seaventh year of her now Maties. reigne of Great Britaine Etc.
