That Yor. Peticoner has Served the Office of
Constable for the Parish of Kensington in the said
County by the Space of one whole Yeare & upwards
And there is noe Court Kept wherein a Constable can
be Chosen not like to bet. of some Considerable
time

Yor. Peticoner therefore humbly prayeth
that he may be discharged And that
Thomas Smith< no role > a Timber Merchant
Unanimously Chosen by ye Inhabitants of
the said Parish may by Order of this
Court be Sworn in his Place and your
Peticonr. will ever pray.
