taken upon us ye hearing & examinacon of ye sd Cause; and doe finde by divers examinacons testified before
as upon Oath; and duely Considering ye examincon & Confession of her ye. sd. Mary Surrett< no role > taken this day
before us upon Oath; that John Gardner< no role > of ye parish St: Dumstans Stepney in ye. sd. County of Mids. Weaver
is the only and true father of ye. sd. Female Bastard child, and We doe finde by divers other good proosed and
Circumstances upon Oath before us made, that he ye. sd. John Gardner< no role > is the only & true father of the Said
Female Bastard child,

We therefore doe adjudge him the Said John Gardner< no role > to be the only and true father of the Said female Bastard
child; And doe hereby Order him ye Said John Gardner< no role > to pay or Cause to be paid to ye churchwardens and
Overseers of ye poor of ye. parish of St: Leonard Shoreditch aforesd. or Some or one of them ye. Sume of five Shillings
Lawfull Money of England upon demand thereof the sd. Sum beinge allready by ye. sd. churchwardens & disburst & paid
for ye. maintenance of ye. sd. Female Bastard child; Alsoe We doe order ye. Sd. John Gardner< no role > to pay or Cause to be
paid weekely and every week from ye day of ye. date thereof unto ye. sd. churchwardens and Overseers of the

for and towards the maintenance bringing up education clothinge or Keeping of the sd female Bastard child
