Upon reading the peticon of Joane pickfat< no role > of the parish of st.
Giles without Cripplegate in this County widw . preferred
unto this Court setting forth that she is rated three halfe pence
P weeke towards the releife of the poor of the sd. parish,-
and that severall other Inhaitants thereof much greater
ability are not rated halfe soe much, and prying that
the Petr. might be eased in the sd. rate And upon hearing
of what was insisted on by the petr. & alsoe by the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the sd parish-
touching the sd. rate This Court is of opinion that the Petr.
is over rated towards the releife of the poor of the sd parish,
And both therefore Order that the sd. rate of three halfe
pence of weeke be reduced to one penny P weeke, with-
which sume of one penny P weeke only the Petr. is to-
stand charged in the rate already made for releife of
the poor of the sd. parish.
