The humble Peticon of William Turnor< no role > .

Sheweth

That in the year 1697 your Petr. Served the Office of
Churchwarden for the parish of St. John Wapping in
this County and by an order of this Honble Court
made in the thirteenth year of the Reign of his late
Maty King William the third Year Petr. was there
ordered to pay to Thomas Fryer< no role > upper Churchwarden
of the said parish the sume of £34.15s.11d which Sume
in pursuance of the said order your Petr. accordingly
paid & tooke the receipt of the said Thomas Fryer< no role > for
the Same But your Petr. hath not as yet been
reimbursed the Same from the Said parish.

Yor. Petr. therefore most humbly Prays Yor. Worspp
to be pleased to order that the present
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor
the Said parish may appeare in this Honble
Court this prsent Sessions to shew cause
why your Petr. should not be paid and
satisfyed the said moneys.

And yor. Petr. shall ever Pray Etc.
