The humble Petition of Elizabeth Vaughan< no role >

Sheweth.


That your Petior. attended the Grand Jury yesterday
upon an Indictment against one Simon [..] Broome< no role > [..]
Broome his Wife for an Assault and your Petior. was Examined and [..]
Wittnesses on the Sume Indictment and that the Jury was
Sattisfied, But there being one Mr. Driver on the Jury [..]
told your Petior. that the Bill should not be found he being
an acquaintance of the said Broomes Soe that the Bill was
not brought into Court with the rest of the Bills.

Your Petior. therefore most humbly prayes
that she maye be hand and her wittnesses before
this Court.

And your Petior. shall ever pray Etc.
