The humble Peticon and Appeal of the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor
of the parish of St: George the Martyr in
the County of Surrey -

Sheweth

That by Warrant under the hands and Seales of Edwd-
of her Majties: Justices of the peace for the Said County-
of Middx One Edward Pennery< no role > Son of David Pennery< no role > -
Aged about Two yeares & Six Months was passed from
the parish of St: Gyles without Cripplegate in the County
of Middx to the parish of St: George the Martyr in
the County of Surrey as the place of his last Legall
Settlement

never Legally Settled in the parish of St: George
the Martyr in the County of Surrey -

may Appear in this Honble: Court this prsent
Sessions to Shew cause why the sd: Edwd: Pennery
