At the Delivery of the King's Goal of Newgate holden for the County of Middlesex
on Wednesday the ninthday of December 1778

Whereas George Hubbard< no role >
hath at this present Session beenConvictedAcquitted of Felony on the Prosecution
of [..] Mark Mayorand the said AlexanderMark< no role >
having prayed to be allowed for his Expences and loss of time in the said
Prosecution which this Court think reasonable It is therefore Ordered by
this Court that the Treasurer of this County do forthwith pay to the said
AlexanderMark< no role > the Sum of eleven the Shillings for
his Expences and loss of time
