hath at this present Session beenConvictedAcquitted of Felony on the Prosecution

having prayed to be allowed for his Expences and loss of time in the said
Prosecution which this Court think reasonable It is therefore Ordered by
this Court that the Treasurer
of this County do forthwith pay to the said

the Sum of eleven the Shillings for
his Expences and loss of time
