MIDDLESEX


At the GeneralSession of the Peace
of our Lord the King, holden in and for the County
of Middlesex , at Hicks-Hall , in Saint John-Street ,
(by adjournment) on Thursday the tenth
Day of December in the nineteenth Year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord GEORGE the Third, King
of Great Britain, Etc.

It is ordered that JohnRichard Havitt< no role > one of the High Constables of the Hundred
of Edmonton in this County do attend the Court hereat Hicks Hall in Saint
John Street
on Monday the eleventh day of January nextat twelve, o' Clock
at noon precisely
to shaw cause why herefused pay the County Rate
hath not Cared and paid to the Treasurer the County Rate or Assessment
upon the Several parishes and places within his Distreet and that the
said High Constable do then Account for the same rate before his
Majestys Justices of the Peace on the said Monday as he will
answer for his further neglect at his Paul
