was Bailey by Recognizance to Appear and give Evidence Against the
above Named Hannah Wright< no role >

Sessions last for the felony aforesaid and their Deponement
further saith that During all the said July Sessions he
some so Very Ill Wath a Violent Information In his
Head that he Could not possibly Come Out of his Appartment
to give Evidence According to his Recognizance or to [..]
Do any bussiness Whatsoever Otherwise he should hour Attended and
have Given Evidence According to [..] Condition of his
Recognizance and that Department further saith that he
did not Stay Away Out of favour do the Deffendant or
out of Contempt of this Honorable Court but Meerly
for the Cause aforesaid
