YOU were boundfor the Appearance of to prosecute
Elizabeth Davis< no role > at September
Session last at Hicks-HALL , in Saint Jobn-Street, who not
appearing, your Recognizance is become forfeited; and
will be Estreated into the Court of Exchequer , from whence
Execution will proceed for the levying forty
Pounds on your Goods and Chattels; unless Care be taken
to stop proceedings,by an Application for a Despite at the
next Session, which will begin at Hicks-HALL aforesaid
on the 19th Day of October Instant.
