of the Highways for the Parrish of Harrow on the Hall in the
said County that he hath legally demanded of Thomas
Porter< no role >
of the Hamlet of appointan in the parrish
Harrow on the Hill
an Inhabitant residing in the said
Hamlet of appeston the Rate & assessment made
this present year for Recomandment & preservation of
the publick Highways of the said parish & Harrow on the
Hill
but that he hath refused & still doth refuse sd
pay the same
These are therefore in his majestys name to
command upon forthwith to Summon Him the said Thomas

of whom you shall have notice personally to be
and appear before me at the Crane Inn
at Edgware
in
the said County on Monday the 26th day of this suspant

unto the said Complaint & to be Qasther do altwith as
the statute in that Case directs Harin girl not
given under my hand & Seal the 19th day of October 1778
