Crosndich Square in the County of Middlesex Gentleman maketh
oath that he this Deponent did on the fourth day of July instant
serve the above named prosecutrix with a Notice in this Came
purporting that the said Defendant intended to appear at the
then next Generl Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be holden for
the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street
in the said County on Monday the Thirteenth day of July instant
at Nine of the Clock in the Forenoon of the same day and then
and there to try his Traverse on the Bill of Indictment prefered
by her against him for an Assault by delivering to and leaving
with the said defon prosecutrix the said Notice in writing subscribed
with the proper hand writing of the said Defendant and that
the said Notice has not been counter manded to the [..] st of this Deponent
Knowlees and Belief.
