(by adjournment) on Wednesday the third
Day of Junein the eighteenth Year of the

Upon reading the affidavit of John Samuel< no role > and the Notice of
Trial thereunto annexed It is Ordered that Notice of Trial left at the last
place of abode of the abovenamed Prosecutor be deemed good Service in case
the prosecutor or his present place of abode cannot in the mean time be found and that the
Defendants recognizance Do Stand respited.
