Gentleman Maketh Oath that he this Deponent
did on Wednesday last Personally Serve the
said John Clarke< no role > the Prosecutor with Notice for
Tryale in the above Matter for Tuesday the fourteenth
Instant by delviering to and leaving with the
said John Clarke< no role > and said wednesday a true Copy
of the Paper Writing hereunto Annexed And
further Saith that to the best of this Deponents
knowledge & Belief the said Notice hath not
been Countermanded
