Middlesex


These are to Certify that we the under named Persons
being four Surveyers duty appointed by John Mc. Intosh< no role > of
the Parish of St. Mary White Chapel in the County aforesaid
pursuant to an Act of Parliament made in the fourteenth
Year of the Reign of King George the third for the Regulation
of Buildings and Party-Walls-to View and Survey certain
Premises belonging to the said John Mr. Intosh situate stand
and being in Bannisters Alley Nightingale Lane in the Paries
of Saint John Wapping in the said County of Middlesex having
inpursuance of the Authority to us for that purpose given
and according to Notice already given to the Landford or
Owner of the Adjoining House Attended and Surveyed the
Premises aforesaid And we and each and every of us Do
hereby Adjudge the Party-Wall and Chimnies on the East
side of the said John Mc. Intosh< no role > 's premises belonging to the
said Houses to be in a Ruinous State and Condition and unfit
to stand-And that the same must be pulled docon and
Rebuilt. As Witness our Hands this 3d. day of June in
the Year of our Lord 1778.
