said Lord the King assigned to keep the peace in the County aforesaid and also
to hear and determine divers felonies Trespasses and other Misdemeanours
committed in the same County
Whereas James Wallace< no role >
of Hanworth
in the said County Esquire
Did at the last
General Session of the peace held for this County Exhibit his petition and Appeal Settingforth
That by a Rate or Assessment made for the Relief of the poor of the parish of Hanworth
in the said County Intitled "October Thirty first One thousand Seven hundred and Seventy
"Seven At a Vestory then held a Rate was made for the relief of the poor of the parish of
"Hanworth at Six pence in the pound full Rents". The petitioner stands charged at
and after the Yearly value of Seventy pounds which is far beyond what he ought to be
Taxed at and that many of the parishoners of the parish are therein charged and
Assessed at Much lower Sums than they ought to be Whereby the petitioner conceived
himself aggreived which said Appeal stood duly adjourned unto this day Where upon

being called to Support his said Appeal and not appearing
It is Ordered that the said appeal be and the same is hereby by dismissed
