and Assault

John Ashe< no role > the Younger of the Parish of Saint Clement Danes
in the County of Middlesex Gentleman Maketh Oath that he
was present and Did See Jane Leeds late of the Parish of Saint
Martins in the Fields and now of the Parish of White Fryers -
in the City of London Singlewoman the prosecutrix above
Named sign and Seal and as her Act and Deed Deliver the
General Release [..] within written and this Deponent
further Saith that the Name Jane Leeds to the Said the Cause
set and Subscribed is of the proper Hand Writing of the
said Jane Leeds< no role > and that the Names John Ashe< no role > June
and Mary Coates< no role > appearing to be set and Subscribed as
Witnesses thereto are of the proper Hand Writing of this
Deponent and the said Mary Coates< no role >
