Whereas application being made unto this Court by
Thomas
Bird< no role >
one of the High Constables of the Hundred of Spelthorne
requesting to be discharged from his said Office having
served in the same upwards of three Years and this Court
being satisfied in the premises And John Roddis of Sunbury
in the said County Gentleman being recommended by
Two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for this County residing and Acting
the said Hundred as a fit and proper persons to serve the
said office
of HighThis Court doth hereby appoint
the said John Roddis to be one of the High Constables within
the Hundred of Spelthorne in the plan and stead of the
said
Thomas Bird< no role >
And the said
John Roddis< no role >
being present
here
in Courtin his own proper person in open Court
took His oath for the due execution of the said Officer And
the said
Thomas Bird< no role >
is hereby absolutely discharged
for his said Office.
