Whereas at this Court
Joseph Read< no role >
one of the High Constables
for the Hundred of Gore hath exhibited his Petition sitting
forth That he was sworn into this and Office on or about
the tenth day of October 1773 and has duly served the said office
to the best of his Judgment and Ability and is now near
Sixty four years of Age is a former and has a large family
and humbly praying to he discharged from the said
Office and this Court being satisfied in the premises
doth
and
having receiveda
Daniel Wilshen< no role >
of Pinner
in
the said County Gentleman being recommended
to this Court by Two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the said County residing and acting in the said
Hundred as a fit and proper person to serve the
said Office. This Court doth Hereby appoint
the said
Daniel Wilshen< no role >
to be one of the High Constables
within
ofthe said Hundred of Gore in the

Stead of the said
Joseph Read< no role >
and the said
Daniel
Wilshen< no role >
being now her
on Courtin his own proper
person in open Court took
thehis oath for the due execution
of the said Office and the said
