Mr. Sherwood reported that a motion had been made
at Westmr. that the Surgn. who had been appl. to Tothill
fields Bridewell by the Gent [..] in the Commn of the peace
for Westmr should be paid under such appt. that he had objd,
to the question no made at animproper timeandand for other irregularity
the motion had been agreed toandand immedy.
afterwds. Mr. Benson laid before the Court an order
of the Westmr Sessn. upon him for the paymt. of certain
Sums to Wm. Frk Glover< no role > and the same bring read
moved.

That the Clk of the Peace, for this County do write to the Clk of the Peace
for the City and Libty of Westmr. to inform him that
his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of Middx
do conceive that they keep no power to Order the
Payment of the sum mentioned in their order
of the 10th. of Octr Inst. upon the Treasurer of this County But that his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said County are
