To the Worshipfull His Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County
of Middlesex in their General Session of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and appeal of the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Saint George Bloomsbury in the Said County

Sheweth


That by virtue of a pass Warrant or order under the
Hands and Seals of William Timbrell< no role > and William Rugge< no role > Esqrs. two
of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the City and Liberty of
Westminster in the Said County (one whereof being of the Quorum)
Bearing date the Eighteenth day of October Last John Robert< no role > a Male
Child aged nine Years was Removed and conveyed from and out of the
Parish of Saint George Hanover Square within the Liberty of
Westminster aforesaid to the Said Parish of Saint George Bloomsbury
as the place of the Last Legal Settlement of the Said John Robert< no role >

Your Petitioners conceive themselves
aggrieved by the Adjudication of the Said two
Justices therefore Humbly appeal to this Court
against the Same And Pray your
Worships will appoint a day in this present
Session for the hearing and Determining the
Said Appeal

And Your Petitioners will Pray Etc
