Botolph Aldgate in the County of Middlesex Carpenter Maketh Oath and
saith That he This Deponent did on Tuesday the fifth day of this Instant
December Personally serve Mr Thomas Taylor< no role > (One of the Churchwardens
of the abovesaid Parish of Saint Mary Matfellon Alias White Chapel )
with a True Copy of the Notice or paper Writing hereunto Annexed
marked (A) by delivering unto and Leaving a True Copy of the
same with the said Mr Taylor at his the said Mr Taylor's house, Number
Thirty four in Great Ayliff Street Goodman's Fields , And this
Deponent also saith that he did on the same Tuesday the fifth day
of this Instant December aforesaid serve Mr John Hammond< no role >
(one other of the Churchwardens of the abovesaid Parish of Saint
Mary Matfellon Alias White Chapel as aforesaid) with a True
copy of the Notice or Paper Writing hereunto Annexed Marked (B)
by delivering unto and Leaving a True Copy of the same with
a Maid Servant of his the said Mr Hammonds at his the
said Mr Hammonds House in Gores Walk near White
Chapel Church,-And This Deponent further saith that
he did also on the same Tuesday the fifth day of this Instant
December as aforesaid serve Mr William Craswell (One
other of the Churchwardens of the abovesaid Parish of
saint Mary Matfellon Alias White Chapel as aforesaid)
with a True Copy of the Notice or Paper Writing hereunto
Annexed Marked, C, by Delivering unto and Leaveing a
True Copy of the same with a Maid Servant of the said
Mr Craswell's at his the said Mr Craswell's house in
White Chapel aforesaid
