Take Notice that I the said Margaret Lloyd< no role > intend to appear
at the next General Session of the peace to be holden for the
County to Middlesex at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in the
said County (by Adjournment) on Tuesday the fifth Day of
December next ensuing at Nine of the Clock in the forenoon and
then and there prosecute my Traverse with Effect on an
Indictment by you Preferred against me for an Assault Dated
the Twenty ninth Day of November 1775.
