Take Notice that at the next General Sessions of
the Peace to be holden by Adjournment at Hicks's Hall
in Saint John Street in and for the County of Middlesex
on Wednesday the Sixth day of december Instant or so
soon as Councel can be heard the Court will be moved that
the above Indictment may be quashed Dated the 2d day of
December 1775.
