The King on the Prosecution of Michael Dales< no role >

Thomas Hilliard< no role > for an Assault

James Casheer< no role > of Rupert Street Goodmans Fields
in the County of Middlesex & Cooper only surviving Bail
of the Defendant abovenamed (Richard Hinde< no role > who
was the other Bail being Dead) maketh Oath that her
this Deponent was totally Ignorant of the Consequence
of neglecting the with Lawing his recognizance for the
Defendant abovenamed but that the said Defendant
beingDischargedcommitted on this Matter to the
Custody of the keeper of Bridewell was understood
by him to be a discharge of the Bail put in in
this Cause and this Deponent further saith that
he never in this Case meant to deceived defraud
this Worshipfull Court of the just & regular fees
thereto due but that the whole proceeded from
in advertency & Misapprehension of Matters of this
Nature.
