and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Luke
in
the said County of Middlesex
Sheweth
That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the Hands and
Seals of

Esquires Two of his
Majestys Justices of the Peace and for the said County of Middlesex
(one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the 11th. day of January
1775.

Singlewoman
Aged about Twenty five
years and her Male Child named
Thomas< no role >
aged about three Weeks
(for nurture) were Removed and Conveyed from the Parish of Saint
Giles in the Fields
in the County of Middlesex
to the said Parish
of Saint Luke as the Place of the last legal Settlement of the said

Whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves to
be Aggrieved.
Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal to this
Court against the said Pass Warrant or Order of the said
two Justices and pray your Worships will please to
appoint some day in this present Session for the Hearing
and Determining the said Appeal and to Order that the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish
of Saint Giles in the Fields
and all Persons concerned
do then Attend this Court.
