To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex in their General Session of the
Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Church=
wardens and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of
Heese otherwise Hays in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by an Order of Removal under the
Hands and Seals of James Clitherow< no role > and John Drinkwater< no role >
Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the 17 day of January
last John Tarrant< no role > and John< no role > his Son aged about four
Years and an half were removed and conveyed from and out
of the parish of Heston in the said County of Middlesex
To the said parish of Heese otherwise Hays as the place of
their last legal Settlement

That your Petitioners thinking themselves
aggrieved by the said Order of Removal
have therefore Appealed against the
same and humbly pray your Worships
to make such order in the premises as
to your Worships shall seem meet

And your Petitioners shall ever pray
Etc.
