Inconsequence of this Lre Mr. Eden his Lordships
Secretary wrote an answer informing that his Lordships
was so ill of the yout as to be confirmed to his Chamber
and that therefore it was unnecessary to add that
his Lordship could not see the Gentlemen. This
Lre was followed on the 31st. of Octr. by the Subsequent
one. (vizt.)

St. James's Octr. 31st. 1774

I am directed by the Earl of Suffolk to inform
you that his Lordship will be glad to see the Gentlemen
appointed to wait upon him, at his house in Duke Street
on Wednesday next at one o Clock.
