Resolved that the following Letter be forthwith delivered to the
Right Honourable the Earl of Suffolk by the Deputy Clerk
of the peace . (vizt)

Hicks Hall 8th. Septr. 1774.
Certain papers having been laid before the Court
of Quarter Session on the County day by the Chairman relating
to an application made by him at your Lordships office
and a deputation of five of his Majesty's Justices of the peace
for the County of Middlesex being appointed by the Court
by the Mildred order to lay there papers before your Lordship and to acquaint your with the sense which the Court [..] of the said papers I am
ordered to attend your Lordship to know at what time
that may have the honour to wait on your Lordship.

The abovementioned Sre was transmitted to his Lordship
on the 9th. of Septr.andto which his Lordship replied I [..]
go out of Town tomorrow Morning and therefore cannot
for an early time; when I return I will let you know
Sir. No answer however being received on the 17th.
of Octr. I was directed by Mr. Colepeper to forward the
following Lre to his Lordship. (vizt)

I am by order of the Committee appointed the last Session
to wait on your Lordship relating to an application made
by the Chairman at your Lordship's office obliged to renew
any request that you will please to appoint a time when
they may have the honour of attending your Lordship as
