At the Delivery of the King's Goal of Newgate holden for the County of Middlesex
on Wednesday the Nineteenth day of October 1774

Whereas George Hawes< no role >
having at this present Session been Convicted of Felony on the Prosecution
of Richard Toy< no role > and the said Richard Toy< no role >
having prayed to be allowed for his Expences and loss of time in the said
Prosecution which this Court think reasonable It is therefore Ordered by
this Court that the Treasurer of this County do forthwith pay to the said
Richard Toy< no role > the Sum of Twenty two Shillings for
his Expences and loss of time
