At the Delivery of the Kings Goal of Newgate holden for the County of Middlesex
on Wednesday the Nineteenth day of October 1774

Whereas Margt< no role > . the Henry Spencer< no role >
hath at this present Session been [..] Tried for Felony on the Prosecution
of Esther Patten< no role > Widow and the said Esther Patten< no role >
having prayed to be allowed for his Expences and loss of time in the said
Prosecution which this Court think reasonable It is therefore Ordered by
this Court that the Treasurer of this County do forthwith pay to the said
Esther Patten< no role > the Sum Twenty One Shillings for
her Expences and loss of time
