"and for removing all obstructions and annoyances therefrom and
"preventing the like for the future. The Petitioner was rated
and Assessed the Sum of one pound seventeen Shillings and
sixpence for one Quarter of a Year from Lady day last to
Midsummer day last being after the Rate of one hundred
pounds a year for the petitioner's dwelling House. Warehouse
and premises whereby the Petitioner conceived himself
aggrieved Whereupon at the request of the said Petitioner
It is Ordered that the benefit of his said Appeal be saved
unto him and that the hearing and determinig there of be
and the same is hereby adjourned until the next General
Quarter Session of the peace to be holden for this County and
that on Notice hereof in the mean time to be given to the
Commissioners of Ratcliffe pavement they and all persons
concerned do attend the Court at Hicks Hall aforesaid on
Thursday the Twelfth day of January next at the house of
eight in the forenoon of the same day to hear and abide
the Judgment and determination of the said Court touching
the said Appeal.
