To the Right Worshipful the Justices of the Peace
at the General Session of the Peace now assembled.

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Vedast alias
Foster in the City of London .

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order Pass Warrant under
the Hands and Seals of two of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex bearing Date the twenty
sixth day of July last Catherine Fenton< no role > Singlewoman
was removed from and out of the Parish of Saint James
at Clerkenwell in the said County of Middlesex into the
said Parish of Saint Vedast alias Foster in the City of
London as the Place of her last legal Settlement.

Your Petitioners therefore humbly conceive
themselves aggrieved by the said Order or Pass
Warrant and humbly appeal against the same

And Your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
