I beg leave to lay the case

Discharge him altho is time is out
for to be Dischargd. according to the

Humbly begs that your Honour Gave
goodness will be pleased to gams
an order for is releasment as he at
this time as no allowance of Barad and
no friend to give him any and as get
a Wife and Familey [..] sing and your
Petioner as in Duty bound was to so pay Thomas
