Robert Falkener< no role > of Satisbury Court London Harpncordmaker
maketh Oath and Saith that he did in or about the December
Sessions now last become one of the Bail for the above
named Defendants in this Honorable Court and for that
purpose entred into Recognizances with the above Defendants
for the personal appearance of the said Defendants at the
then next Session of the peace to be holden at Hicks's Hall
in and for the County of middlesex to try their Traverses
with Effect or two Indictments then preferred against them
one by the abovenamed Peter King< no role > and the other by the
above named Joseph Hughes< no role > and to which they had then
pleaded not Guilty and this Deponent Saith he is informed
and beleives that the said Defendants or either of them
have not as yet appeared or tryed their said Traverses nor
has this Deponent ever seen them or either of them since
the time of his so becoming Bail as aforesaid nor hath this
Deponent at any time since heard or known nor does he
new know where the said Defendants or either of them
live or are to be found not with standing this Deponent
has made the most diligent Inquiry after them in his
Power
