saith that the other Defendant was not the person who turned the
Prosecutor out of this Deponents Yard as aforesaid and this Deponent
was much surprised to find that the other Defendant was
indicted for the said assault with this Deponent as he was not
present when the Prosecutor was so turned out of this Deponent
as aforesaid
