the Peace holden at Westminster in and for the County
of Middlesex Assembled.

The humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint Paul Covent Garden within the
City and Liberty of Westminster in the County of
Middlesex .

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a pass Warrant or Order under
the Hands and Seals of Richard Hassell< no role > Esqure and Sir
John Fielding< no role > Knight at two of his Majesty's Justices of
the Peace Acting in and for the County of Middlesex
aforesaid (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the
Twenty fourth Day of February One thousand seven
Hundred and seventy four Sarah Rumball< no role > Singlewoman
[..] removed from the parish of Hadley in the County
[..] and to the said Parish of Saint Paul Covent Garden
[..] place of her last legal Settlement. Whereby
[..] our petitioners think themselves aggrieved and do Appeal
[..] to this Court against the same:

Your Petitioners therefore pray this Court
will be pleased to appoint a Day in this present
Session for the hearing and determining of the
said Appeal and that all persons concerned may
be then directed to Attend:
