At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Sovereign
Lord the King holden for the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall
in St. John Street in the County aforesaid on TuesdayMondaythe12th
twelfth day of Aprill in the Fourteenth year of the reign of
our sovereign Lord George the third by the Grace of God of Great
Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and in the
Year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred and Seventy four.

It is Ordered by this Court that the Church wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the parish of St. George Hanover Square within the Liberty of Westminster
in this County have Notice of this Appeal And that they and all other Persons
Concerned do attend this Court on Thursday next at eight of the Clock
in the forenoon to hear and abide the Judgment and Determination of this
Court touching the said Appeal.
