MIDDLESEX .


At the General Quarter Session of the Peace
of our Lord the King, holden in and for the County
of Middlesex , at Hicks-Hall , in Saint John-Street ,
(by Adjournment) on Thursday-the 14th.
Day of Aprilin the fourteenthYear of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord GEORGE the Third, King of
Great Britain, Etc.

It is Ordered that the hearing and Determining the Matter of an
Appeal between Thomas Kimman< no role > the Elder and Thomas Kimman< no role > the Younger
Appellants and Thomas Chance< no role > Coachmaker Respondent touching an
Indenture bearing date the 25th. day of November 1769 whereby the said
Thomas Kimman< no role > the Younger was bound Apprentice to the said Thomas
Chance for the Term of Seven Years which said Appeal stood duly adjourned
unto this day Do (by and with the Consent of all parties) stand further
Adjourned until the next General Quarter Session of the Peace to be holden
for this County And that they and all Persons concerned do attend the Court
at Hicks-Hall aforesaid on Thursday the seventh day of July next at Eight
of the Clock in the forenoon of the same day to hear and abide the Judgment and
Determination of the said Court touching the said Appeal.
