Shew unto your Honour
That an Order of Removal under the Hands and Seals of
Jno: Powell< no role >
and Miller two of his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace Acting in and for the County of Middlesex
bearing Date the Twenty ninth Day of January last
past directed to the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Hamlett of Hammersmith
in the Parish of
Fulham
in the County of Middlesex
And to the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Hedgley
in the County of Bucks was madeUpon Complaint unto the said two Justices (One whereof being of the Quorum)
by the Church Warden and Overseers of the Poor of the said Hamlett of Hammersmith
Setting forth That two
Children Vizt.

a Daughter aged Nine Years or thereabout and
Zachariah< no role >
a Son Aged Six Years or there about both
lawfull Issues of the Bodies of
Zachariah Peacy< no role >
and
Rachael< no role >
his Wife late of the Parish of Hedgley
aforesaid had
lately intruded and came into the said Hamlett of Hammersmith
and were become Chargeable to the same
Also that they the said Justices upon Examination of the Premises upon Oath, and other Circumstances
did adjudge the same to be true and did also adjudge the Place of the last legal Settlement of the said Zachariah Peacy
Father of the said Molly and Zachariah was in the Parish of Hedgley
in the County of Bucks
Therefore. the said two Justices by their said Order of Removal required the said Church Warden and
Overseers of the Hamlett of Hammersmith
aforesaid on Sight thereof to remove and Convey the said Molly and
Zachariah the lawfull Issues of the said Zachariah and Rachael Peacy from and out of their said Hamlett of Hammersmith
to the said Parish of Hedgley in the said County of Bucks and them deliver unto the Church Wardens and Overseers of
the Poor there or some or one of them together with the said Order on a true Copy thereof who were thereby required to
