the King held at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in
and for the County of Middlesex on Monday the
Fourteenth Day of February 1774

It is Ordered by the Court that the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the poor of the Hamlet of Hammersmith in
the County of Middlesex have Notice of this Appeal and
that they and all parties Concerned Do Attend this Court
on Thursday next at Eight of the Clock in the Forenoon of
the [..] Day to hear and abide by the Judgment and
Determination of this Court touching the said Appeal
