Middlesex


At the General Session of the Peace of our Lord the King
holden for the County of Middlesex at Hicks-Hall in Saint John
Street in the said County (by Adjournment) on Thursday the Ninth
day of December in the [..] Fourteenth Year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the Third King of Great Britain Etc:

It is Ordered that the final hearing and determining of the Matter of an
Appeal between the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Saint Martin in the Fields within the Liberty of Westminster in the County of
Middlesex Appellants and the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint George Hanover Square withinoutthe Liberty and County
aforesaid Respondents touching the Settlement of Ann Wood< no role > Widow and her
five Children (Vizt.) Ann < no role > , Joseph < no role > , Thomas < no role > , Mary < no role > & Elizabeth < no role > which stood
adjourned unto this Day Do stand further adjourned until the next
General Quarter Session of the Peace to be holden for this County And
that on Notice hereof in the mean Time to be given to the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint George Hanover
Square they and all Persons concerned do attend the Court at Hicks-Hall
aforesaid on Thursday the Thirteenth day of January next at the hour
of Eight in the forenoon of the same day to hear and abide the Judgment
and Determination of the said Court touching the said Appeal
