Twelfth day of January in the year of our Lord One thousand Seven Hundred and

Parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch
in the said County of Middlesex
unto the said
Parish of Saint John at Hackney
in
the said County of Middlesex
alledging the said Parish of Hackney
to be the
Peace of her last legal Settlement Whereby the Petitioners conceived themselves
aggrieved Now upon hearing of the said Appeal and what hath been alledged by the
respective Churchwardens and Overseers their Councel and Witnesses in and concerning
the Premisses It is Ordered that the said Appeal be and the same is hereby allowedand the
same is hereby allowedand the said Pass Warrant or Order of the said Two Justices is
hereby vacated and set aside And it is hereby further Ordered that the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint John at Hackney
do forthwith Convey
and deliver back the said Sarah Pear (Together with a Copy of this Order) unto the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch
aforesaid or to some or one of them who are hereby required to receive and provide for the
said Sarah Pear until they can free themselves from the Charge thereof by due
Course of Law.
