To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex in their general Session of
the Peace Assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the
Church Wardens and Overseers of the Parish
of Ivinghoe in the County of Bucks

Sheweth


That by a Vagrant Pass under the Hand and Seal of George
Stubbs
< no role > Esquire One of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the
City and Liberty of Westminster in the said County of Middlesex
bearing date the 21st. day of January 1773. Ann Shillingford< no role > the
Widow of William Shillingford< no role > deceased with her four Children by
her said late Husband, namely Thomas< no role > aged near 18. Years, Jane< no role >
aged about 13. Years Mary< no role > aged about 9. Years and William< no role > aged
about 3. Years and an half were Conveyed from the Parish of Saint
Margaret in the said City of Westminster to the said Parish of
Ivinghoe in the said County of Bucks as the last legal Settlement
of the said Ann Shillingford and of her said four Children whereby
Your Petitioners conceive themselves to be aggreived and against
the said Order do appeal

Your Petitioners therefore humbly Pray, That
a day may be appointed in the present
Session to hear and determine the Matter
touching the said Appeal

And Your Petitioners shall ever pray
